BRAVO17

Bravo17 is a digital consultancy specializing in system design, development, and optimization for federal agencies. I collaborated closely with Bravo17's key stakeholders, CEO Colt Whittall and Managing Partner Teal Walker, to design and develop their website.

As a newly established company, Bravo17 required a foundational approach to crafting its website. I played a key role in identifying the essential features to include, defining what set Bravo17 apart from competitors, and establishing the visual style to represent the brand. Additionally, I collaborated on shaping the mission statement and vision, ensuring the website aligned with the company's core values and objectives.

Bravo17 is a digital consultancy specializing in system design, development, and optimization for federal agencies. I collaborated closely with Bravo17's key stakeholders, CEO Colt Whittall and Managing Partner Teal Walker, to design and develop their website.

To define the website's features, I conducted thorough competitor research, analyzing what other companies offered, how they presented their features, and identifying which elements would align with Bravo17's goals to incorporate into the design.

During the discovery phase, we identified three key personas to target with the website design:

Innovators within federal agencies – Including IT professionals (CIOs, CTOs, Technical Architects), acquisition specialists (PEOs, Program Managers), and mission owners responsible for funding solutions and delivering outcomes.

Potential recruits – Talented professionals such as UX designers, software developers, digital strategists, and IT performance engineers.

Potential partners – Prime contractors seeking to subcontract work to Bravo17.

These personas informed the structure, content, and messaging of the website to ensure it resonated with each audience effectively.

After identifying the key features, I developed a user flow map to outline the website's information architecture. This ensured that content was organized intuitively, allowing users to easily navigate and find relevant information based on their needs.
